SHIPPING.
Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Fridays. Any orders received before 8am GMT will be shipped the same day, and any orders received after this time will be dispatched the following day.
Orders that are received after 8am GMT on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
UK CUSTOMERS.
Orders are shipped by DPD. When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number.
Deliveries can take up to 2 days to reach your destination.
EU CUSTOMERS.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to Brexit we have limited the territories we deliver to for the time being.
Orders are shipped by DPD to SOME European cities. When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail and delivery updates.
Please note that the delivery can take up to 4 days for arrival, and charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS.
Orders are shipped by courier to the majority of International cities. When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail and updates on your delivery.
Please note that the delivery can take up to 6 days for arrival, and charges do not include import, and/or VAT costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.
RETURNS.
If you are unhappy with your products in any way, they can be returned or exchanged if the goods have not been used and are returned to us with all outer and inner correct packaging.
If you wish to return your item and receive a full refund, items need to be posted/couriered back to us within 14 days of being received by you.

Please ensure that “returning of goods purchased” is noted on all paperwork and package. If this is not noted we will not be liable for customs charges into the UK.
All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will also replace a faulty item if a replacement is available. In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred. Please note; Refunds through PayPal can take up to 30 days and are subject to Paypal regulations.
Primury credit notes are valid for 2 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed through our e-store. Please notify us info@primury.com prior to using your credit note on purchases, so we can help you through the process.
Returns and exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
PAYMENTS.
All products are currently sold in GBP and the currency exchange rate will apply pertaining to the day of your purchase.
